Today I met with Marilyn Earle and she told me that I was being responsible for my moods by not taking the Wellbutrin on days that I already felt good/happy.  There was no need to heighten it any more and risk going into mania.  Of course today I did not take the am dose of wellbutrin.

After being awake for 2 days due to the anxiety of court I finally got some good sleep last night.  I did not take the Wellbutrin today because I felt in a good mood after much needed sleep.  Today has gone well.  Finally relaxed and let the anxiety go.  I went to the farmers market and walked around.

I did not take the wellbutrin this morning as I did not sleep any last night due to stress and anxiety of going to court today for trespassing on my own property.  I tried to sleep on the ride up and could not and I think I slept 1 hour coming back.  Not a good day in court.  When I got home I slept for about 2 hours and I was sweating like I had a cold that I had to sweat out.  I feel better now and have lower anxiety but still worried about upcoming court dates.

I took my Wellbutrin this morning at 8am as I was driving to see Emily.  I could not record it since I was the driver.  My mom saw me take it.

I was on the road this morning at 5:30 am so I took my Wellbutrin while driving and did not video it.  Got all my work done.

The Bipol-App has no numbers on it so the graph appears to be jumping all over the place.  In my eMoods app these are only small number movements.  I am going to see if I can find a better app that can be viewed online.  The eMoods app is the best I have seen but I cannot post a PDF or XL file here.  I'll see if I need to post to another location on the web or if I can find an app that will let me post the medicine taking info.

This morning I started Wellbutrin and I have felt great today.  Most days I felt happy but in a fog.  No fog today.
