The above videos show the 9pm taking of meds.  But at 2pm I took a Seroquel XR 50mg pill before my 4 pm appointment with Dr. Savitz.  I did not get a video of taking that pill as I was driving down the road from Bluffton, SC to Columbia, SC.  But below are photos of the pills showing that I do have the pills.

I just figured out how to get back to this blog so here are some updates.

After shooting the video tonight with my cell phone I also decided to add a video shot at the same time from the computer's webcam.  I will shoot and upload both videos tomorrow.

Explaining the Meds

Long white pill is Seroquel 150mg
small long brown pill is Priosec
round white pill is Lamictol 100mg
long blue/grey capsule is Cymbalta 60mg

The blue container of pills stays in my travel bag.
The clear container of pills stays in my room at home.
